AT LAST, Luna Ignis Witchcraft Spell Candles! In this blog we are going to announce and welcome the latest edition to the Luna Ignis family of award winning powerful ritual tools sold exclusively on our Witchcraft store online! Many of you witches have been waiting for this for over 10 years... And so have we... Welp, witches the wait is over!

After over a decade, FINALLY the award winning iconic brand of witchcraft ritual incense is now available in witchcraft intentional spell candles to our growing range of witchcraft supplies!

It’s very very early on a very special day. A late February morning in a blizzard in one of the worst snow years for a decade or more. Although its cold and nasty, there is excitement in the air as a special day over a decade in waiting is here… So this will be a busy day running our witchcraft store online, putting down my witches’ brew, I survey our latest inventory for our popular witchcraft store online… Because today we finally get to put out on display and set up in our Witchcraft Store Online the long-awaited Luna Ignis Witchcraft Spell Candles. And write a witchy blog about it!

Luna Ignis is older than our famous Witchcraft Store online… Back in 2014, After I followed my clever witch wife’s lead and took early retirement. I was going to start a retirement business, originally a specialist cheese shop! But my witchy wife and High Priestess wanted to start a witchcraft supplies store!

I have been practicing the occult, ceremonial Magick and traditional witchcraft since I was 10 years old! My wife has also been involved in Alexandrian Wicca and witchcraft since the 80’s, being High Priestess of a storied lineage coven, and having hived at least three covens was given the honor of “witch queen” by her peers.

I had learned the art of incense blending from one of the very best. Dear Hank “Henry” Anderson aka Frater Upowat. THE MASTER OF THE TEMPLE of Aum Ha lodge Ordo Templi Orientis in Chicago! Everyone who met Hank loved him. A gentle giant who had the gift of making everyone who spoke with him feel heard, valid, and important. He listened, he inspired, he led. He adored incense blending and held regular occult and witchcraft classes where he taught the art of incense blending. I became a big fan and student. He privately shared with me his sources for buying the very best and rarest resins and ingredients. One of my most cherished possessions is a small bottle of Pan incense that we blended together. Hank had managed to get a very rare and hard to find ingredient, that only one company in the world (Chanel) are allowed to use… Combined with rare frankincense and locally wildcrafted pine needles and resin, the Pan Incense is sublime.

Hank loved Pat and I, and we loved and admired him. We were all heartbroken when he died suddenly of a heart problem in 2017. He was a piercer to the famous and greatly missed. He had full page obituaries in both the Chicago Sun Times and Tribune. His funeral was a huge affair with 1000s turning out to show their respect.

Hank cheered us on as we created our own brand “Luna Ignis” (Moon Fire). We started small and simply with a blend for each of the pagan and witchcraft “wheel of the year” festivals… And a planetary series for the major astrological gods associated with he seven days of the week… Full Moon for Luna, Magick for Mercury, Love for Venus, Heal for the Sun, Courage for Mars, Fortune for Jupiter and Hex for Saturn… AND three devotional blends for the Horned God (Pan, Cernunnos, Bucca, Herne) and Lilith and Hecate.

Our idea was simple… That we should “test” our concept for a witchcraft supplies store by vending at major area pagan and witchcraft festivals and see if there was any interest in our witchcraft supplies and ritual incense and witchcraft tools.

We even had a booth alongside dear old Hank at Chicago Pagan Pride back in 2015, long before we opened the doors on our witchcraft supplies store, Artes and Craft, and our popular Witchcraft Store Online.

Luckily our Luna Ignis witchcraft ritual incense WAS popular! We even developed “regulars” and our witchcraft supplies online store had its first orders long before we opened the doors of Artes And Craft!

Folks asked for MORE devotional blends for their favorite pagan and witchcraft gods and goddesses! We also added more intentional spell casting blends.

We won an award in 2018! Luna Ignis hand blended fine resin ritually charged ritual incense was awarded “Pagan Product Of The Year”.

We soon found ourselves shipping Luna Ignis witchcraft incense all over the world, into witchcraft supplies stores as far away as Brisbane Australia!

Luna Ignis became a hit and now the range boasts some 60 witchcraft ritual incense blends! And also essential oil based anointing oils and spell casting powders!

Both Pat and I drive the blend with ideas for new blends coming from both of us. Some of Pat’s include the famous “Court Jester” range… Also Marie Laveux XXX, Oya, Seven African Powers, and “POOF” – our super popular anti bug and mosquito blend!

Pat, as high priestess, also felt appalled by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine! Our daughter in law and her family are from the Ukraine and Pat wanted to help! She therefore designed and launched a special blend with all profits going to Ukraine relief.

We have been meaning to extend the Luna Ignis brand into spell casting candles since the very beginning… Our idea was to finely grind our award winning ritually charged witchcraft incense into a fine powder to be added to the wax… With essential oils to match the incense key notes AND rich sumptuous colors so the candles have great witchcraft correspondences!

MY IDEA was to do this ourselves and turn one of the rooms in Artes And Craft, our witchcraft supplies store, into a “witchcraft candle making laboratory”… But Pat, my witchy smart wife said no… That I already spend every hour pagan blacksmithing or carving and witchcraft incense blending.. So we should partner with the excellent DARK CANDLES LLC! And they delivered! Gorgeous votive candles for now… With full size 4 inch ritual spell casting pillar candles to come before early summer!

So now, after over 10 years journey and waiting… Luna Ignis Witchcraft Spell Casting Candles are now available… Gorgeously colored, containing our powerful ritual incense blends, gorgeous 100% natural essential oils… Even the labels match our iconic incense blend and have the glyphs and sigils of the elements and planets ruling each blend.
